in 2002

i was a college student -final year in dg vaishnav.a i was on track to prepare for CAT and aimed to go into IIM B

then cupid struck and i fell for a trap- yang for for ying-the classic trap women lay for men in quest for mates

then came the decline -17 arrears (papers to be cleared) war cyber and real) love failure and then the ultimate dropping out of college and not pursuing degree

while this was happening in another corner of the world bill gates was on his way to creating the os (longhorn now vista) he envisioned like his application manager - windows ver1

he had billions of $ committed to long horn and he was ready for more and he had been mainly supervising longhorn on a day to day basis

google and yahoo were fresh from the wounds of the dot com bust era-circa 1998-2000

IBM was trying to beat bill gates but not his own turf

an astrological view

bill gates according to his horoscope has got many rajayogas (Indian astrology)- which means he will live like a king and is essentially a ruler of what he does and the field he is in ~why else is he the worlds richest man

but as far as i can say and to my knowledge his kingdom is computer real life and not virtual

google according to its chart also is a ruler of what it does- search=does it extend to Internet i think its not so

many a astrologer has looked at my horoscope and said the ** ***** rs house i live in which my dad owns is a pittance compared to what i will live like

a palm leaf astrologer told me i will prosper on computers, politics and acting

2 or 3 astrologers said my career lies abroad and i will travel overseas.

1 of them on looking at my chart said to me get out of chennai and get out of India your job lies in a foreign land

i don't have the astrology charts of other people and organizations that i shall hereby refer to in this post and future posts

fresh from dropping out my dad bought me a Internet connection which was always on- if i had stepped out and browsed i would be wasting money so he gave me full control over computer and made me stay inside the Internet note - i have a sister but i never let her use the comp

i would have been dead in 2002-2003 had it not been for a few grateful souls

at this point i decided to go to the 1 place where i can travel abroad and do everything without leaving my home - the Internet

some of you - my website visitors might say whats new in that.

well you see i decided to spend 24 hours a day on the net

and thus i did and thus began my journey into the various shades of the net
